This dataset was collected with no stage tilt. Data were collected at the Beckman Center for CryoEM at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine on a Krios G3i, camera: TFS Falcon 4i, image shift at 130kx mag, exposure settings: ~4.0 s [images saved in eer format], e flux: ~8 e-/px/s with ~40 e-/Å^2 total dose, pixel size: ~0.93 Å/px (e- counting with an image dimension of 4096x4096 px), energy filter: Selectris 10 eV, defocus range: -0.8 µm to -1.8 µm (nominal).
