Raw movie frames. Movies were recorded at defocus values from −0.8 to −1.8 m at 105,000× magnification, corresponding to a pixel size of 0.826 Å at the specimen level (super-resolution pixel size is 0.413). Seventy frames with 2.8-s exposure (0.04 s per frame and the dose of 1.2 e per frame per A2) were collected with the total dose of around 88.4 e, and the first frame was discarded.
