Details:

Raw movie frames. Movies were recorded at defocus values from −0.8 to −1.8 m at 105,000× magnification, corresponding to a pixel size of 0.826 Å at the specimen level (super-resolution pixel size is 0.413). Seventy frames with 2.8-s exposure (0.04 s per frame and the dose of 1.2 e per frame per A2) were collected with the total dose of around 88.4 e, and the first frame was discarded.

Details:

Aligned micrographs. Motion correction was performed on raw super-resolution movie stacks and binned by 2 using MotionCor2

data/Particles/ - Particles were automatically picked using cisTEM. Here we provide two star files, so that someone can extract particles in Relion using motion-corrected images and one of the star files (final structure and all picked particles) with the coordinates. Box size used for reconstruction was 256.
