Cryo electron micrographs of Tetrahymena thermophila solubilized mitochondrial membrane complexes - Glacios data [multiple data sets in TIFF and MRC formats]
Publication:
Structures of Tetrahymena's respiratory chain reveal the diversity of eukaryotic core metabolism
These images correspond to the unprocessed multi-frame micrographs of three data collections on independent biological and protein isolation replicates of partially purified Tetrahymena mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes. The data were collected on a 200 kV TFS Glacios microscope using a Gatan K3 detector in super-resolution mode. The gain references are also included: SuperRef_lz_tt_bottom_001_Sep18.dm4/mrc corresponds to the data collected on September18-19 (Sep18/19 in image name) and gain.mrc corresponds to the data collected on October02-04 (Oct02/03/04 in image name).

Available download options:
Archives and downloads the selected files into an uncompressed zip file.
Depending on the number and size of files to be downloaded, this can take an enormous amount of time.
Also, this feature is unstable and may not work properly, and checksums of downloaded files are not verified.
We recommend using rsync, aspera, globus, etc.
Download a list of selected files.
It is possible to download files by specifying the file list with rsync command, etc.
These are the motion corrected dose weighted and non-dose weighted micrographs. The unprocessed micrograph stacks were gain corrected, downsamples 2-times and motion corrected using MotionCorr2.
