Purified in buffer 20 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5, 250 mM KCl, 5% glycerol.
50 frame movies, with a 50 e/A^2 electron dose, on a 300 kV Titan Krios with Falcon 4i detector, with 2.7 mm C2 lens, collected with a 0.57 A pixel size.
