Imaging was performed on JEOL CRYO ARM 300 microscope, equipped with a DE64 detector (Magnification: 120,000x, acceleration voltage: 300 kV, spherical aberration: 2.7 mm, electron exposure: 45.2 e/Å^2). Movies were recorded in MRC format and were subsequently LZW compressed in TIFF format using RELION. For CryoSPARC processing, the corresponding gain reference file needs to be flipped in both Y and X axes.

Archives and downloads the selected files into an uncompressed zip file.
Depending on the number and size of files to be downloaded, this can take an enormous amount of time.
Also, this feature is unstable and may not work properly, and checksums of downloaded files are not verified.
We recommend using rsync, aspera, globus, etc.
Download a list of selected files.
It is possible to download files by specifying the file list with rsync command, etc.
Imaging was performed on JEOL CRYO ARM 300 microscope, equipped with a DE64 detector and an in-column omega filter (Magnification: 120,000x, acceleration voltage: 300 kV, spherical aberration: 2.7 mm, electron exposure: 46.8 e/Å^2, slit width: 30 eV). Movies were recorded in MRC format and were subsequently LZW compressed in TIFF format using RELION. For CryoSPARC processing, the corresponding gain reference file needs to be flipped in Y axis.
