Cryo-EM structures of monomeric and dimeric human somatic angiotensin I-converting enzyme (apo form) [7689 multi-frame micrographs composed of 40 frames each in TIFF format]
Publication:
Cryo-EM reveals mechanisms of angiotensin I-converting enzyme allostery and dimerization
The 7689 raw unaligned micrograph movies are found in two subdirectories and each movie is composed of 40 movie frames (accumulating 43 electron per squared Angstrom in a 3 seconds exposure). Data was collected in super-resolution mode at 0.53 Angstrom per pixel (Cs: 2.7mm; Acceleration voltage: 300kV; Magnification: 81000x; Defocus: -1.8 to -3 micrometer). The gain.mrc file is included and should be applied (flip the gain image upside down).
