The file "dataset_details_apoF_set2.txt" contains information about the experiment and the dataset. The gain reference "apoF_set2_gain.mrc" was prepared from the data. The particle star file "apoF_set2_data.star" from the last 3D auto-refinement contains particle coordinates and optical parameters.
