Details:

SBEM volume of 6 day old Platynereis dumerilii larvae imaged at FMI Basel. The script "data_export.py" in the /data directory can be used to stitch together the tif files in directory /data/sbem-6dpf-1-whole-raw to generate the final volume (and vice versa). The images creating the volume are aligned.
