Motion corrected, SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in complex with human neutralizing antibody WRAIR-2008 collected using SerialEM on a K3 camera in counting, non-CDS mode on a JEOL CryoARM 200 operated at 200kV (Cs=2.7) in EFTEM mode with a 20eV slit. The nominal dose per movie was ~60 e/Å^2 and motion-correction was performed using CryoSPARC v4.4.0.
Picked particle stack is not included, but alignment metadata for final global reconstruction (EMDB: 48284 PDB: 9mi3 (global)) is included in refined_particles.star. Instructions for CryoSPARC or RELION import and reextraction are provided in README.txt.
