Single particle cryo-EM dataset of as-prepared Bos taurus mitochondrial complex I in MSP2N2 nanodiscs treated with NADH [13056 multi-frame micrographs composed of 40 frames each in TIFF format]

Post-catalysis structures of mitochondrial complex I with ubiquinol-10 bound in the active site
Unaligned multi-frame micrographs of Bos taurus mitochondrial complex I from an as-prepared sample solubilised in DDM and reconstituted in to MSP2N2 nanodiscs. Images (TIFF) were collected with a 300 keV FEI Titan Krios on a Falcon K3 detector, using counting mode with super-resolution mode and a Gatan energy filter (20 eV). The C2 and objective lens apertures were set to 70 and 100 µm, respectively. 2.14 s exposures were captured at a dose rate of 18.8 electrons Å−2 s−1 in 40 frames with a total dose of 40.29 electrons Å−2. A pixel size of 0.536 Å/pixel (super resolution; nominal pixel size was 1.072 Å/pixel) was used.
