The images were collected as movies in Super-Resolution mode at nominal magnification of 81,000x with a physical pixel size of 1.0504 Å (super resolution of 0.5252 Å), resulting in 17,624 images, each fractionated into 40 frames accumulating 50 e- per Å2 (0.0825 s per frame, 1.25 e- per Å per frame) total dose.
