Data from Dataset 5. Raw multi-frame movies of tilt series collected on protrusions of Drosophila S2 cells induced with 2.5 uM Cytochalasin D for 4 hours and treated with either 0.1% DMSO (TS_201 - TS_214) or 2 uM thapsigargin (TS_215 - TS_228). The gain reference and defects files are provided within the folder. The pixel size is 2.952 Å/pixel. Data was collected on a K2 summit. Metadata from tilt series acquisition (Mdoc files) can be found within the Mdoc_files folder.
Dataset 5: Tomograms binned by 4 (11.808 Å/pixel), reconstructed and deconvolved in WARP. Tomograms TS_201 - TS_214 are of cells treated with 2.5 uM Cytochalasin D (4 hours) and 0.1% DMSO (5 hours). TS_215 - TS_228 are of cells treated with 2.5 uM Cytochalasin D (4 hours) and 2 uM thapsigargin (5 hours).
