Raw multi-frame movies of tilt series collected on protrusions of Drosophila S2 cells induced with 2.5 uM Cytochalasin D for 4 hours and treated with either 0.1% DMSO (TS_201 - TS_214) or 2 uM thapsigargin (TS_215 - TS_228). The gain reference and defects files are provided within the folder. The pixel size is 2.952 Å/pixel. Data was collected on a K2 summit. Metadata from tilt series acquisition (Mdoc files) can be found within the Mdoc_files folder.
