Micrographs were collected on FEI TAlos Arctica operating at 200 kV with a Falcon III direct electron detector at a nominal magnification of ×120,000. Each movie consisted of 30 frames with an exposure time of 1 s per frame. The total electron dose was approximately 30 electrons per Å2.
