Details:

Gain reference supplied in data/frames as MRC and requires a 270 degree CW rotation prior to application to TIFs. Each frame-series is 40 frames with cumulative fluence of 42.6 electrons per square Angstrom. Particle metadata for the localized tetramer stage in RELION-v3.1 format and for the fully expanded protomer stage in cryoSPARC-v3.1 format in data/particle_metadata.
