Gain reference present as MRC and requires a 270 degree CW rotation prior to application to TIFs. Fluence per tilt-movie is 2.6 electrons per square Angstrom. SerialEM mdoc files stored in data/mdocs, Warp/M alignment metadata stored in data/xmls_and_tomostars, and refined ribosomes positions in data/ribosome_coordinates (as M-format .star file).
