Micrographs are split into two sub-directories: Micrographs_part1 and Micrographs_part2. Each of these directories contains BOTH the unaligned frames (xxx_movie.mrcs) and the frame-averaged micrographs (600.mrc). These directories also contain the ctffind3 log files and the autopick star files.

Particle images are organized in two sub-directories - MRC_0601 and MRC_1901. Particle images are in MRCS image stacks - one each corresponding to the micrograph from which they were picked. The text file shiny_2sets.star describes the picking of the particles from the micrographs.
