Cryo-Electron Microscopy Provides Mechanistic Insights into Solution-Dependent Polymorphism and Cross-Aggregation Phenomena of the Human and Rat Islet Amyloid Polypeptides
This dataset contains a randomized subset of RELION-extracted particle stacks of amyloid fibrils formed by co-aggregation of human and rat islet amyloid polypeptide (hIAPP and rIAPP) under various conditions. The dataset is organized into four top-level directories based on the aggregation buffer used, and each is further subdivided into four directories corresponding to different hIAPP:rIAPP ratios (1:0, 1:1, 1:4, and 1:20).
