- Please use 'CountCDSRef_20220210_IwataLab_96_0000_Feb10_14.54.40.mrc' as a gain reference without rotation or flipping in RELION (Y flipping is necessary for CryoSPARC).
- Movies were recorded on a Titan Krios with a Cs-corrector.
- The residual Cs value reported by the Cs corrector is 0.06216 mm.
- Four digits (0000 to 0017) in the file names represent image shift directions but grouping was not applied during processing.
- Flux at sample: ~ 1 e/A2/frame
