Cryo-EM micrographs for the Bombyx mori R2 retrotransposon initiating target-primed reverse transcription [16551 multi-frame micrographs composed of 40 frames each in TIFF format]
Publication:
Structure of the R2 non-LTR retrotransposon initiating target-primed reverse transcription
Gatan K3 detector 130000x magnification 0.663 A/pix 20 eV energy filter 100 uM objective aperture
42.2 e/A2 over 40 frames
Gain reference: K3-GainRef-bin2.mrc For RELION, use gain rotation 0 (no rotation) and gain flip 1 (flip upside down)
refined_particles_data.star is the run_data.star file for the final refinement
Note: many of the particles did not align well, so the final refinement used a very small fraction of the full data set. You might have better luck though!
