Details:
Each multi-frame raw micrograph is composed of 40 frames each in compressed TIFF format, along with a separate gain reference. Multi-frame micrographs were collected at 81,000x nominal magnification at 15.46 e-/pix/s in super-resolution mode with 2x binning on a Gatan K3. Data collected on KriosIV at eBIC on 2021-11-29.
Sample contained 9.3 μM USP1, 9.3 μM UAF1, 1.8 μM FANCI, 1.8 μM FANCD2 monoubiquitinated on K561, 2.2 μM dsDNA (61 base pairs), and 18.3 μM ML323.
