Details:
These data are aligned average dose-weighted micrographs collected on a Technai Arctica at 200kV with a Falcon III detector operating in electron counting mode. Applied defocus values ranged from −1.5 to −2.25 µm. MotionCor2 was used to align 60 dose fractions that were taken with a total electron dose of ~26e-/Ų. Only included are micrographs with resolution estimated by CTFFIND4 to be better than 5Å.
