Details:
Gain corrected micrographs were imaged using a Gatan K2 summit camera in counting mode and GIF Quantum energy filter (20 eV slit width) on an FEI 300 keV Titan Krios microscope with a 100 μm objective aperture. 12s exposures captured in 24 frames and a total dose of 50 electrons Å-2.
