Details:
FIB-SEM performed on a TF Aquilos. SEM images were recorded at 5 kV, 50 pA, with a pixel dwell time of 1 μs and line integration of 16, using an Everhart-Thornley detector. FIB milling was performed in 100 nm-steps at a 52-degree angle relative to the electron beam.
