Image formats and pixel types shown below are those of the original, non-compressed files.

Movies (data/TnaC_R23F_KRIOS_ESRF_raw_micrographs/FoilHole*.mrc) in this entry were compressed to TIFF by
EMPIAR Japan to save space and bandwidth.
The compression is lossless in that all pixel intensities remain exactly the same after decompression.
However, some metadata in the MRC header were lost.
The original files before compression are available from EMPIAR EBI.

1. Raw multiframe micrographs of TnaC-WT-70S ribosome stalled on L-Trp
Category:
micrographs - multiframe
Image format:
TIFF
No. of images or tilt series:
8964
Image size:
(3710, 3838)
Pixel type:
UNSIGNED 16 BIT INTEGER
Pixel spacing:
(0.907, 0.907)
Details:
Raw micrographs collected on a Talos Arctica (IECB-Bordeaux) with a nominal pixelsize of 0.93A/px (calibrated 0.907A/px) of the TnaC-WT-70S sample as described in the original reference. These micrographs were used to reconstruct the map EMDB-12693 and corresponding molecular model PDB-7O19. This map and model contain the 70S ribosome stalled on TnaC in response to L-tryptophan All image processing has been performed using RELION3.1

2. Raw multiframe micrographs of TnaC-R23F-70S ribosome stalled on L-Trp (dataset B)
Category:
micrographs - multiframe
Image format:
TIFF
No. of images or tilt series:
8743
Image size:
(3710, 3838)
Pixel type:
UNSIGNED 16 BIT INTEGER
Pixel spacing:
(0.907, 0.907)
Details:
Raw micrographs collected on a Talos Arctica (IECB-Bordeaux) with a nominal pixsize of 0.93A/px (calibrated 0.907A/px) of the TnaC-(R23F)-70S sample as described in the original reference.
This dataset (TnaC-(R23F)-70S_B) was used together with the dataset (TnaC-(R23F)-70S_A) to reconstruct the map EMDB-12695 and corresponding molecular model PDB-7O1C. This map and model contains the 70S ribosome stalled on TnaC-(R23F) in response to L-tryptophan in complex with release factor 2 (RF2) in the A-site in a near-active conformation.
All image processing has been performed using RELION3.1

3. Raw multiframe micrographs of TnaC-R23F-70S ribosome stalled on L-Trp (dataset A)
Category:
micrographs - multiframe
Image format:
MRC
No. of images or tilt series:
7867
Image size:
(3838, 3710)
Pixel type:
UNSIGNED BYTE
Pixel spacing:
(0.835, 0.835)
Details:
Raw micrographs collected on a Titan KRIOS (ESRF-Grenoble) with a nominal pixsize of 0.827A/px (calibrated 0.835A/px) of the TnaC-(R23F)-70S sample as described in the original reference.
This dataset (TnaC-(R23F)-70S_B) was used to reconstruct the map EMDB-12694 and corresponding molecular model PDB-7O1A. This map and model contains the 70S ribosome stalled on TnaC-(R23F) in response to L-tryptophan.
In addition, this dataset was also used together with the dataset (TnaC-(R23F)-70S_B) to reconstruct the map EMDB-12695 and corresponding molecular model PDB-7O1C. This map and model contains the 70S ribosome stalled on TnaC-(R23F) in response to L-tryptophan in complex with release factor 2 (RF2) in the A-site in a near-active conformation.
