Details:

For CARD8-DPP9-VbP 1,811 movies were collected at varying defocus levels ranging between −1.1 to −3.4 μm. One shot was recorded for each of the four holes per stage movement through image shift. All movies were exposed with a total dose of 67.06 e-/Å2 for 1.5 s fractionated over 50 frames. "references" folder contains the references.

For CARD8-DPP9-VbP tilt data, 6,642 movies at a stage tilt of 37° were collected at varying defocus levels ranging between −1.1 to −3.4 μm. One shot was recorded for each of the four holes per stage movement through image shift. All movies were exposed with a total dose of 67.06 e-/Å2 for 1.5 s fractionated over 50 frames.
