Catalytic subunit of protein kinase A bound to ATP, manganese, and IP20 movies obtained using Talos Arctica operating at 200 kV equipped with a K2 [4812 multi-frame micrographs composed of 44 frames each in MRC format]
Publication:
High-resolution structure determination of sub-100 kilodalton complexes using conventional cryo-EM
Raw, unaligned counting mode frame stacks (44 frames) of the catalytic subunit of protein kinase A bound to ATP, manganese, and IP20 in vitreous ice imaged on a Talos Arctica using a K2 direct electron detector. Three separate data collections – 18feb27c (collected without tilt), 18mar03b (collected without tilt), and 18aug21a (collected at a 30˚ tilt) – that were combined are provided. Images used for corrections are also provided (require flip in Y).
