Compressed by PDBj:

Image formats and pixel types shown below are those of the original, non-compressed files.

Movies in this entry (Movies/FoilHole_*.mrc) were compressed to TIFF by EMPIAR Japan to save space and bandwidth.
The compression is lossless in that all pixel intensities remain exactly the same after decompression.
However, some metadata in the MRC header were lost.
The original files before compression are available from EMPIAR EBI.

1. Unaligned multi-frame micrographs of the IFIT2-IFIT3 heterodimer from Mus musculus
Category:
micrographs - multiframe
Image format:
MRC
No. of images or tilt series:
2355
Image size:
(3838, 3710)
Pixel type:
UNSIGNED BYTE
Pixel spacing:
(0.854, 0.854)
Details:
Unaligned multi-frame micrographs of the IFIT2-IFIT3 heterodimer from Mus musculus. Data were collected on a Titan Krios G3 electron microscope operating at 300 kV and equipped with a Gatan BioContinuum energy filter with a 20-eV slit width. All images were collected at a nominal magnification of 165,000x in EF-TEM mode (with a calibrated pixel size of 0.854 Å) on a Gatan K2 detector direct electron detector. Micrographs were acquired in MRC format with a cumulative electron exposure of 65 electrons/Å2 with a defocus range of − 1.0 to − 2.5 µm. Data were collected automatically using EPU with aberration free image shift.
