SerialEM collection metadata is contained in the .mrc.mdoc file. The tilt angles are recorded in .rawtlt files. Dose information is contained in the .dose file, where each line corresponds to one tilt angle and contains the pre-dose in the first column and the expsoure dose in the second column.
