human pathogen Mycoplasma pneumoniae P1(particles have preferred orientations). Cryo-EM imaging was obtained using a Titan Krios operating at 300 kV acceleration voltage and equipped with a Cs corrector and a Falcon III direct electron detector. A total of 512 movies were obtained in the electron counting mode with a physical pixel size of 0.88 Å/pixel and total dose of 60 e/Å2 with 63.2 s exposure time. The data were automatically collected using EPU software with a defocus range of -1.25 to -2.75 µm and were fractionated into 136 movie frames.
