Details:
The raw data were taken in K2 super resolution mode. There are 426 multi-frame stacks without gain correction, motion correction and distortion correction in TIFF format with LZW compression of 8bit. The gain file were also provided in data/ANTA/gain.mrc (7676*7420, 32bit). The distortion parameter were distotaion angle of 26.1, major scale of 1.019 and minor scale of 1. The total dose was 60 e/A2.
Particle positions in corresponding coordinate start file were used to extract particles from bin2 micrographs for final reconstruction.
