Details:

Recombinant human THO (THOC1, THOC2 residues 1-1203, THOC3, THOC5, THOC6, THOC7) with full-length UAP56, GraFix crosslinked. Acquired on a 300 kV Titan Krios G3i with a Gatan K3 detector at nominal 0.86 A/pixel (0.43 A/pixel super-resolution movie mode); 33 frames, 3.8 s exposure, total dose 50 e-/A^2, nominal defocus -0.4 to -3.7 micrometres. Deposited images are single-frame Warp motion-corrected MRC micrographs, not the original movies. MRC mode 12 is 16-bit float. No particle STAR files or particle stacks are included. Session 18-20 November 2019. Only the 6,856 full-size micrographs in the published processing subset are included.
