1. Unaligned multi-frame micrographs of E. coli RNA polymerase on T7A1 promoter DNA with ATP, UTP, CTP - dataset 1
Category:
micrographs - multiframe
Image format:
TIFF
No. of images or tilt series:
1440
Image size:
(5760, 4092)
Pixel type:
UNSIGNED BYTE
Pixel spacing:
(0.86, 0.86)
Details:
The micrographs contain unaligned raw frames. Data was collected on a 300 kV Titan Krios (ThermoFisher Scientific) equipped with a K3 camera (Gatan), a Cs corrector and a BioQuantum imaging filter (Gatan) in counting mode (pixel size 0.86 A/px). Images were recorded using SerialEM over a nominal defocus range of -0.8 μm to -2.2 μm and 20 eV energy filter slit width. Collection was performed with an electron dose of 25 electrons/px/s (at the camera) in dose-fractionation mode of 0.04 seconds over a 1.4 second exposure (35 frames) to give a total dose of 47 electrons/A^2.

The micrographs contain unaligned raw frames. Data was collected on a 300 kV Titan Krios (ThermoFisher Scientific) equipped with a K3 camera (Gatan), a Cs corrector and a BioQuantum imaging filter (Gatan) in super-resolution mode (nominal pixel size of 0.43 A/px).
