Details:
Data collection was carried out at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF) on a 300 kV Titan Krios G4 (Thermo Fisher Scientific) transmission electron microscope (beamline CM02), equipped with a cold field emission gun, a Selectris X energy filter, and a Falcon 4i electron detector. 12,169 movies were collected with a total electron dose of 50 e−/Å2 at a magnification of 165,000 x and a raw pixel size of 0.73 Å.
