Details:

This dataset consists of raw cryo-EM movies stored in the "collect" folder, along with the corresponding gain reference outside of this folder (gainref_20210913.mrc). The data were collected using a Titan Krios operated at 300 kV equipped with a BioQuantum energy filter and a K3 camera in super-resolution mode, with a nominal defocus range of -0.8 to -2.0 μm. The dataset contains two subsets based on the detergent/additive used during grid preparation:
fOM dataset: 3,255 movies (filenames starting with BB2) collected from samples containing 0.1% (w/v) fOM.
CHAPSO dataset: 8,518 movies (filenames starting with BB3) collected from samples containing 10 mM CHAPSO.
Data collection was performed using SerialEM with beam-image shift, recording 9 images per stage position. The 8 characters preceding the .tif extension (e.g., X-1Y-1-0 in BB2_00001_X-1Y-1-0.tif) correspond to the specific beam shift position for each movie.
