Details:

The data is raw, multi-frame movies without any correction applied. Collected with SerialEM in LZW compressed TIFFs. The gain reference in MRC and DM4 format is included in the data directory and should be flipped along the Y axis. 200 kV, Cs 2.7, total exposure dose 50 e/A^2.
