This dataset contains raw, uncorrected movies collected in non-CDS, non-super-resolution mode (collected using a Titan Krios G3i, 300 kV, spherical aberration 2.7 mm, total dose 50 e/A^2). The pixel size is 1.048 A. The directory also contains the gain reference file (CountRef_240917_RECQL5-ADP_176-1_0001_X-2Y+0-1.mrc). This should not be rotated or flipped for processing in cryoSPARC.
