Details:

Micrographs from two data collections collected with the same optics on a Titan Krios G2 cryo-TEM coupled with a Gatan K3 direct electron detector at an accelerating voltage of 300 kV and processed together. The micrographs are the average, without realignment, of raw movie frames collected at a pixel size of 0.835 Angstrom/pixel at an accumulated dose of 45.8 electrons per square Angstrom over a 2 s exposure.
