- JEOL CRYOARM 300 II - 300 kV, cold FEG - 20 eV slit - 4.04 e/A2/frame - The dataset was collected with 5x5 image shift. The file ends with "... [000-024].mrc.bz2" corresponds to the spot scan location. - A subset of micrographs (data/EMD-39481_filelist.txt) was used to produce EMD-39481. Other micrographs are equally valid but have not been processed due to computational issues.
