Details:

This dataset provides the 'Data' folder inside Images-Disc1/GridSquare..../ folders. The movies have been converted to compressed TIF files to safe space using relion_convert_to_tiff. Standard values have been used for conversion, i.e. compression is zip level 6.

Depending on the number and size of files to be downloaded, this can take an enormous amount of time. Also, this feature is unstable and may not work properly, and checksums of downloaded files are not verified.

We recommend using rsync, aspera, globus, etc.
