This folder contains two stacks of picked particles and their alignments per bioRxiv, 291922. 1. the RyR1 in the absence of the ligands (stack_align_new.spi) with 431,231 particles 2. RyR1 in the presence of Ca, ATP and Caffeine (stack_aligned_2.spi) with 360,725 particles
