This folder contains particles polished in RELION 3.1. The nominal pixel size is 1.40 A/px except for MRCS_Diamond folder, which is 1.36 A/px. The particles were pre-multiplied by CTF before cropping to counter the effect of signal delocalisation by CTF. The STAR file is not compatible with earlier versions of RELION.
