Details:

Dose-weighted 4096 x 4096 micrographs of t10xHis-MBP-LENG8(491-800), 3xV5-PCID2-full-length-UAP56-N-UBM fusion, and SEM1 sample incubated with 15U RNA and AMP-PNP. Acquisition used a Titan Krios G4 with a Falcon 4i detector at 300 kV, a 5 eV energy-filter slit, total dose 50 e-/A^2, and nominal defocus -1.0 to -2.5 micrometres. 5,495 complete readable motion-corrected micrographs are deposited.
