The volume was acquired at 6 nm isotropic resolution using a customized Zeiss FIB-SEM system.
Landing energy: 0.9 keV
Beam current: 2.0 nA
InLens detector
Working distance: 3.1 mm
Scan rate: 0.5 MHz
FIB milling: 30 kV gallium at 12 nA

The raw data was registered and aligned using the Render software pipeline (https://github.com/saalfeldlab/render) and exported in the mrc format. The final image data was converted to a multiscale zarr volume for segmentation.
