Structure and function of a near fully-activated intermediate GPCR-Gαβγ complex
The raw micrographs include data from the same protein collected across four grids. The first three datasets were acquired on Quantifoil Au grids, and the fourth was acquired on an UltrAu grid. All four datasets were combined for the final reconstruction.
