Details:

Particles were semiautomatically selected using e2boxer’s swarm tool, followed by manual curation of the dataset. Defocus parameters were determined using CTFFIND3. Boxing was performed using batchboxer, with particles stored in a single stack (particle_stack.mrc). frealign_parameters.par contains rough particle alignment parameters, obtained using FREALIGN, as well as other imaging-related parameters.
