Pixel size (0.572 A) corresponds to 4096x4096 images, i.e. without upsampling. Movies recored on a Titan Krios G4 equipped with an E-CFEG, Selectris X and Falcon4i. Grid type used was Cu300, Quantifoil R2/1 + 2 nm C
