Aretomo-reconstructed tomograms (10.72 A/px), tilt-series alignments (*.xf) and other aretomo output files are in the folder "aretomo".
WARP-reconstructed tomograms (16.08 A/px), as well as denoised tomograms (WARP noise2map) are in the folder reconstruction.
Subtomograms exported by M, as well as CTF files, are in the folder "subtomo_EMPIAR". The corresponding particle coordinates and poses after RELION 3.1 refinement are in the file run_data.star.
