Details:
Collected on a Titan Krios operated at 300 kV and equipped with a K3 BioQuantum direct electron detector and energy filter using 20 eV slit. The data were acquired at ×165,000 nominal magnification with a calibrated pixel size of 0.504 Å. A total of 56478 were collected in 33 frames with a total dose of 30 e−/Å2 (17 e−/pixel/s) over 0.45 s with a set defocus between−0.7 and−1.0 µm.
The movies are not gain corrected. The gain file is provided (data/Krios_data/raw_movies/gain.mrc).
All the 70S particles (reference based motion corrected) are provided, as well as star files and maps for the relevant reconstructions (located under "data/Krios_data/particles_and_related_maps/" and subfolders, check README).

Collected on a Glacios operated at 200 kV and equipped with a Falcon 4i direct electron detector and Selectris energy filter using 10 eV slit. The data were acquired at ×165,000 nominal magnification with a calibrated pixel size of 0.504 Å. A total of 39281 were collected in 40 frames with a total dose of 33.18 e−/Å2 (6.67 e−/pixel/s) over 0.45 s with a set defocus between−0.7 and−1.0 µm.
